Add comparison with Apache Flink in comparison doc

In the flow comparison doc - https://github.com/estuary/flow/blob/master/site/docs/overview/comparisons.md, the comparison between Apache Flink is missing.

Apache Flink is one of the heavily used system in unified stream processing and it will help user if there is comparison listed with it. Currently, Apache Spark, Kafka, Google Dataflow are listed in comparison.
