Identifiers without type and/or value

Some identifiers included in the OCC have no type and/or value specified, e.g.:

• https://w3id.org/oc/corpus/id/11655562
• https://w3id.org/oc/corpus/id/11655561

As far as I can see from analysing these identifiers, it seems they are not associated to any bibliographic resource in the Corpus. Further investigation are needed so as to understand what happened.
