When an object with video files is displayed using the Mirador viewer, the video files display and play, but basic gray rectangles are displayed for the thumbnails. This is because the IIIF Presentation API 3.0 Manifest template does not provide thumbnail elements.

There is a whole discussion (started by me!) to allow placeholders for non existing thumbnails... e.g AUDIO!

Any chance you can point me to that discussion about default thumbnails?
