workspace:edit-file-title command doesn't function

• I'm reasonably sure that this bug is indeed about the Vimrc file support and not a general Vim in Obsidian issue. If it's a general Vim issue, report it here.

Describe the bug:

:obcommand workspace:edit-file-title doesn't do anything. I've tried disabling all other community plugins, and with a blank .obsidian.vimrc file as well.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install obsidian-vimrc
2. Open a file
3. Run :obcommand workspace:edit-file-title; nothing happens

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Arch Linux
• Vimrc plugin version: 0.9.0

This issue still persists in 0.10.2.
