Deploy v136?

I've been waiting on changes in v136 for several weeks and it would be great it was released sometime soon. I'm happy to help anyway I can.

since there are so many changes in v136, it is not that simple to deploy it.

mainly there is a break change, the build version prefix of esm URLs has been removed in v136

+ https://esm.sh/[email protected]/es2024/react.mjs

this change can improve the service i think about for a long time:

• save storage space of the server
• reduce duplicate dependencies by server upgrading
• improve cache hit

the problem is, if we deploy the changes directly the old URLs with build version prefix will be broken. i'm planning to add another server to run the new version(v136) that redirect the old URLs to currently server(v135).

plus the https://esm.sh/run gets a huge update that i'm still working on it.
