Hmm, first thing first - did you make Nemo/Nautilus transparent? I mean, GTK apps normally don't support transparent background. |
I can make it work on KDE plasma. Wait for a while. I'll let you know. |

I have tried blurring windows with this script but unfortunately I can't get it to work. I followed the steps and ran the commands
I am trying to blur Nemo and Nautilus. When I ran their
xprop WM_CLASS
I got"nemo", "Nemo"
and"org.gnome.Nautilus", "Org.gnome.Nautilus"
respectively. Then I disabled and re-enabled the script via (Uncheck ->Apply
-> Check ->Apply
).Can you please assist on how to make it work.
I am using Arch Linux with KDE Plasma 5.20.4 Kernel 5.10.4
