add mikro bus connector to the pcb

Should there be pin names next to the pin functions? Something like: RX/PA2 or just RX

There will be standard mikro bus names: RX, TX, INT, 5V, 3V3... and we will add on top arduino pinouts D1, D2... and on bottom nRF pinout P0.01, P0.02...

IO logic is 3V3
3V3 pin is connected to onboard LDO
5V is connected to USB
