Commercially available intraocular lenses commonly used in canine cataract surgery: a microbiota investigation

This repository contains the QIIME2 v2021.2 code used to process the 16S rRNA amplicon sequences amplified from DNA extracted from canine intraocular lenses (IOLs).

All 16S sequences may be obtained from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject ID PRJNA729058.
