Remove country names from topic tags for old/archived news (if possible)

We see that some of the old/archived news have some countries listed as topic tags. Understand that this is done by editors, but is it possible to remove the tags (without changing the published dates)? In addition we would also like to delete the "Performance" tag, which is only used once. This goes for both English and Norwegian.
