Consider a more subtile toggle variation

I have a use case where user need to select between two different values for many rows and would appreciate if EDS consider making a variation of the toggle that could better match a repetitive context.

My reasons are:

• When using many toggles, the use of primary colors becomes quite intens.
• We use the active color throughout the app to signal active, so it's nice to use this consistent.
