General objective:
There is a bunch of important information that I have discovered during the communication channels implemented during the Spacing & Typography with different key projects/teams that I think are relevant for the team to know so they have a better idea about how EDS is currently being used.

This sessions should happen after summer during September - November, where Product Designers are invited to show their products, how they solved user pain points, how they use EDS and which are their main pain points as users. This may not give us an entire spectrum of all products, but more context than the current one most of the team members on EDS has. This is key knowledge that should be transferred to EDS in order to have an entire overview of our daily work and how to make better and more efficient improvements.

Specific objectives:

  • Improve transfer of key knowledge to the team
  • Acquire an overview of our users main pain points
  • Guarantee the direction of our design decisions
  • Guarantee the quality of our design outcomes

Outcome:
A list of sessions with Product Designers presenting user flows to EDS team members.

Goal:
To find a way to share the discoveries made during the Spacing & Typography research stage with different teams/products and help the team to get used to introduce user research as a necessary and mandatory step to every project in order to decrease the amount of doubts on processes and internal debates based on assumptions. Most of the answers about our design work are found in our users.
