use better defaults for font size

hi!
thanks for such nice software.

i just recently tried neovide and it has much better working logic:

• better default font size
• TUI like output for options like --help --version
• doesn't block the invoking terminal
  to keep the terminal free is a major reason for me to use a dedicated nvim gui in the first place

can nvim-qt use better defaults for font size too? thanks.
