context

I tried to get back into neovim recently as some elements are just so good.
Anyway, I have an os custom layout based on an AZERTY layout. that layout relies heavily on an extensive use of AltGr (Ctrl+Alt) layer for symbols.

problem

AltGr + , is the combination for the caret ^
if it had to be made on QWERTY, the combination would be Ctrl+Alt+M

That combination does not respond at all, specifically on nvim-qt, regardless of the mode. On an old version (0.4.x) on my laptop, it does respond perfectly.

Yes I can use another GUI client, which I do now, but nevertheless, I think it may be good to know
