Epiforms example

Hi,

Regading the EPiforms functionality that is used in this project. I test send a form after I set up the project locally. What it does it submit to the same page and the data is not stored. I can see in that it only ads guid for input of the react components, inputs etc. Are there something else that need to be setup with this? Or is this something you are still working on? It would be excellent to get some understanding on how to use Epiforms with content delivery sdk. If there are some more hidden field that need to be included from React.
