For some reason with the namespace edits then these tests started failing on only CRAN. Error message was something like rstan not available. I am confused because I tried importing brms fully but didn't help. And then we were never importing rstan so confused. New issue about how to fix? Maybe if rerun test data that will fix?

This is to do with skipping tests on CRAN and some that shouldn't be skipped.

Possible that this could be fixed by #424.
