UKHPI: Incorrect Welsh language label #45

The UKHPI resource for County Durham (http://landregistry.data.gov.uk/id/region/county-durham) has two labels:

  • en: County Durham
  • cy: Durham

The Welsh-language label is not correct, and leads to an erroneous Welsh consonant mutation in Welsh language mode

This issue needs to be fixed in the HMLR source data
