EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.23.0

What happened?

Preparation: Create any code app -> publish it -> deploy by Admin

  1. User1 creates a chat based on the code application in Browser1
  2. Admin undeployes and unpublishes the code application in Browser2
  3. User1 continue working in the chat and sends the message -> DIAL hangs, no error in UI, error in console only -> bug

Expected result: error in UI, like it looks like if to refresh the Browser1
