Only the first 10 seconds are converted

Describe the bug
I am trying to compress a 58-minute mp4 recording using flac
I only get the first 10 seconds done
The issue persists regardless of the encoder (I tried a few others)

Expected behavior
I expect the converted file to be of the full duration
