Hello,

I have managed to build the VST3 plugin on Linux but had to do some fixes:

in maximilian.h added #include <cstdint>
copied the Maximilian folder to Source\Maximilian
in SynthVoice.h , changed include path to Maximilian\maximilian.h

The plugin works tested on Fedora Linux with Bitwig.
