General Summary

Ability to display several panels, like several graph editors in such way that their content is "cut" to the right size when rendering. Please see linked issues to learn more about use cases. Moreover, it should be used for HTML visualizations to bring them to front (cutting holes in WebGL).

Specification

This should be done by wise usage of GLScissors or stencils. To be discussed before the task.
