Currently, booting a sandbox and executing enonic dev works, and the application is building react4xp for "development" - however, a normal enonic project build/deploy no longer builds for prod - with chunking and compression.

It would be nice if the -Pdev parameter can continue to work: I.e. enonic project build -Pdev if someone needs this.
