Remove cacheKnownAssets? #1463

The cacheKnownAssets function is only mentioned in it's own file, aka it's not exported in src/main/resources/lib/enonic/react4xp/index.ts.

And no hits when searching for it here:
https://developer.enonic.com/search?q=cacheKnownAssets

So I believe it can be deleted.

It's also the only function that calls clearAssetResponseCache, clearETagCache, getCachedETag and getCachedAssetResponse.

So maybe the whole cache file dissapears.
