Hi team!

A user has reported the following issue when trying to sign transactions in the Polkadot Staking Dashboard.

Every time I get to the "sign" screen and I try to confirm the transaction, it immediately goes away and says "transaction cancelled" although I did no actions to cancel the transaction.

And they report this has been happening for a few months. Other signers don't have any issues.

I suspect this might be due to the checkMetadataHash extension that was introduced in the runtime a couple of months ago.
