Inconveniences in Uploading Pictures

Two issues:

1 - If I "forget" to add a title or description to my picture, but remember to select a file, I get led to the screen depicted in the screenshot in the URL above. It forgets my choice of picture to upload, and now I have to find it... again.

2 - Do we seriously need a title and description for pictures ...? I've never seen those implemented anywhere.
