Description
#1933 passed Endo tests but causes many type errors in agoric-sdk: Agoric/agoric-sdk#8136
That was to be expected but there is a desire to bump Endo by Monday and it will probably take longer than that to resolve the agoric-sdk types integration. So this PR reverts the Endo change until such time as a complementary agoric-sdk change is ready.
