How to debug? eg: api-token-auth #8458

I use /api-token-auth to login with vue client,but sometime get error

Forbidden: /api-token-auth
[12/Apr/2022 09:58:55] "POST /bz/api-token-auth HTTP/1.0" 403 45

but sometime is good,there is no more info about it.This makes it very hard to find the problem, is there anyway can do this?
