Incomplete reference should be ignored:

only bemjson

block.tmpl-specs/
    it-name.bemjson.js

or only html

block.tmpl-specs/
    it-name.html

But if there is two files test shoulf be run:

block.tmpl-specs/
    it-name.bemjson.js
    it-name.html
