Full support for footnotes

Sorry if this is not the appropriate way to do this, but I could not find a general chat area to ask a simple question.

I have been using MigraDoc for about a week or so now and I like it, I am almost done with my project, however, I need footnote support. You can create a footnote, but it doesn't render. Internet searches as far back as 7 years ago say MigraDoc doesn't support it in this release, implying that there is a plan to finish the work. Are there plans to finish that work?

Footnotes do not show in PDF. We found a workaround that uses superscript text for our project, allowing to add footnotes below tables.
