Drop wlr-portals.conf

Hi,

Based on xdk desktop portal documentation, it looks like desktop environments that utilize xdg-desktop-portal-wlr should define their config in /usr/local/share/xdg-desktop-portal/{*-}portals.conf file.

So the way I understand, the compositors that utilize wlroots should define in their config to use /usr/share/xdg-desktop-portal/portals/wlr.portal meaning /usr/local/share/xdg-desktop-portal/wlr-portals.conf is antiquated?

Does this sound right?
