admin用户管理设置test所在部门为华南分部，登录test账号后，用户管理菜单中，左侧显示在UI部门。

无法复现，怀疑是有人和你同时操作

考虑过是多人操作导致的，所以试了好几次，包括创建新用户测试。

这只能放10M以内的文件，借了台win，录了个小的。
admin设置luopengfei部门为运维部，运维部已经是叶子部门
登录luopengfei账号，角色管理中左侧为测试部，进入个人中心显示为运维部
再次登录admin，luopengfei为运维部
所以luopengfei账号，角色管理左侧显示有bug
