Projects that use Asplode need a way to assert that it is installed.

Writing code that assumes Asplode is in place (and therefore that certain built-in functions will throw and not simply return false or an error code) need some standard way to assert this requirement.

Or, better yet - if composer has some way to run Asplode::instance()->install() automatically as part of the autoloader, that'd be pretty hot.
