Login unsuccessful with correct credentials

Using correct credentials doesn't work.
for example this the format used to run the script and pass the arguments, however always the error mentioned below is displayed.
python app-cli.py '[email protected]' 'Password@123' '[email protected]'

I used the GUI but it doesn't give an indicator if the login is successful or not.

So i am not sure if it's working

Did u make sure that u can log in normally with your credentials through the website ? maybe your account is locked out

yes I logged in manually with the credentials, and it was working fine and the account wasn't locked out.
