how can I get input data from my data #2

Hi, I noticed that in the input file "variant_counts.tsv" that you provided annotation like "|chr | snv | cell | variant_reads | total_reads |" for 5 columns, but there are actually 6 columns. What is each column? How can I get this file from my data? Thanks!
