Introduction

We, the contributors of the RAFT (Reusable Automation Framework For Testing) project, are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming community. We value the participation of individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels and want to ensure a harassment-free environment for everyone involved.

Expected Behavior

All contributors, users, and maintainers of the project are expected to:

  • Be respectful and considerate towards others.
  • Exercise empathy and kindness in all interactions.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
  • Be open to constructive feedback and differing viewpoints.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within our community:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other personal characteristics.
  • Personal attacks, trolling, or derogatory language or imagery.
  • Any form of unwanted attention or unwelcome advances.
  • Disrespectful or disruptive behavior during project discussions or events.
  • Any other conduct that violates the principles of inclusivity, respect, and professionalism.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it to the project maintainers at [[email protected]]. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and will be promptly reviewed and investigated. The project maintainers have the right to take appropriate actions, including issuing warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the project, for those who violate the Code of Conduct.

By participating in the Reusable Automation Framework For Testing project, you are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct. We appreciate your cooperation in making this project a welcoming and inclusive community for all.
