Latest upgrade wipes out settings #14

As reported at the bottom of PR #6 .

Expected behavior: Settings fields get renamed, old settings values transferred to new settings during extension upgrade.

Current behavior: Seems like that isn't happening so all the old settings get lost in the upgrade.
