DM room list is empty when m.direct contains a 3pid

Steps to reproduce

1. On Element Web create a DM by invite a user by email.
2. On Element X connect you with the same account or clear the cache.
3. Apply people filter

Outcome

What did you expect?

The list should contain the DM rooms.

What happened instead?

The list is empty

If the m.direct dictionary contains an email, the rust SDK returns an empty list.
Suggestion to fix this issue : ruma/ruma#1946 and matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#4228
