Status bar occludes message in timeline (timeline does not scroll) #9374

Making sure I understand correctly, the bug is that it's the same behaviour as before the redesign? If that's the case this will probably be addressed as part of #7571.

This is a new regression since the new scrolling landed.

I'm pretty sure this is still an issue, particularly something that I see happen with the 'offline' banner
