Do you have repro steps for triggering 'Failed to get public room list'?

I did this on the kde public instance, lemme try there again.

Ugh, we fixed the issues with their public room list, so I can't reproduce it. Basically this only happens if you get a HTTP 500 from trying to load the public room list.

We also changed the dialog 7 days ago in matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#2834 so that the failure is now inline, so that probably fixes this as well.
