Steps to reproduce

One step further than #25916, managing a child (second level) space in latest Element desktop on mac..

I click the Add button

Clicking any of the menu items (such as "Add Space") has no effect.

Outcome

I expected to be able to add a room or a third-level child space.

Instead clicking (anywhere) has no effect. I had to press ESCAPE to remove the menu.
