If a user disables analytics, having had it previously enabled (and therefore generated an analytics ID), we should delete the analytics ID from their account data.

I'm marking it as Major, because we shouldn't keep data that has been deleted and it impacts us.

Marking this as a T-Enhancement as this is part of a new feature which isn't yet out of labs, rather than a defect in something live
