Today I got that "Unable to load event that was replied to, it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it." error, and after having experienced #14633 some time ago I frantically started searching for the list of ignored users, just to see if I, again, accidentally ignored someone. But I couldn't find it. I went to all the settings tabs multiple time, because I wasn't sure where the list is located, but it just wasn't there. I started to suspect the problem I'm describing here, so I ignored a test account and the list suddenly appeared. In the end, I didn't ignore someone by accident after all, but the experience would have been so much better for me if there would have been a short message in the setttings "You have no ignored users". A setting like that shouldn't just disappear because I'm not using it. Then I cannot verify that I'm actually not using it, and if someone asks me where this setting is I cannot search it for them because I can't see it.
Steps to reproduce
Be on an account with no ignored users
There is no list of ignored users in the settings
Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.
The section should still be there and just tell me that I have not ignored any users.
