It's quite common to have a bot or something which coughs up URL previews that you want to ignore. Would be nice to tell riot not to generate previews for that sender. I guess this is an extended form of granular setting.

The GitHub bot in #gomuks:maunium.net is an example of why this is needed. Almost everything it does creates two or three URL previews.
