On iOS, I am seeing a perplexing variant of the federation signature issue:

  • My matrix.org account has verified @matthew:matrix.org and I see a green shield ✅
  • My matrix.org account has verified @travis:t2l.io and I see...
    • At first on web, I had a red shield because of signatures missing over federation ⚠️
    • Travis then applied the Synapse fix (and also renamed each device to trigger a device list update to send out the signatures), giving web a green shield ✅
    • On iOS, I still see a red shield with TF version 0.11.0 develop 20200204172057, even after clearing cache ⚠️
