Need the ability to report messages and block/ignore a user

Impact:

1. In user details, add a "Ignore user" option & the ability to "Un-ignore" him
2. Add a shortcut to access user details by clicking on the avatar in the timeline (Auto-insert name happens by clicking on the name)
3. Add a "Report" option in the message edit menu. After success it will propose to ignore the user.

Proposed wording:

1. in User details

• for "ignore" ==> "Hide the user's messages" (too long?)
• for "un-ignore" ==> "Show the user's messages"

• In the message edit menu for "report" ==> "Report to moderator" (too long?)
  (btw redact should be updated to remove: it will be on web too)
• in the description popup ==> "Reason for reporting this content"
• in the confirmation pop-up ==> "Are you sure you want to report this content to moderators?"
• after success of report, in the "block" popup ==> "The content was successfully reported. Do you wish to hide all messages from this user?"

Matthew, I'm not sure the confirmation pop-up "Are you sure you want to report this content to moderators?" is useful. What do you think about?

On another side, we plan to add a confirmation pop-up "Are you sure you want to hide all messages from this user?" when the user press Ignore option in member details screen.

• i suggest just "report content" for the context menu
• after success of report: suggest just: "Do you want to hide all messages from this user?"
• in User details: "Hide all messages from this user"
