We are using our own jobs for managing snapshots in Opensearch, see slm and backup.

We added these jobs as there was no native way in Opensearch(or actually it was way back in Opendistro for elasticsearch) to manage snapshots.
Now, however, there is this plugin to Opensearch called Snapshot managemet or SM for short.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose that we instead of running our own jobs for managing snapshots instead use the SM plugin in Opensearch.

We should be able to create an SM policy using Opensearch-configurer.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep using our own jobs.

Definition of done:
SM is in use and our own jobs have been removed.
