This issue has been opened to track the ability to embed the Uptime UI into Kibana dashboard using the embeddables APIs elastic/kibana#19875

@dov0211 I don't have all the context here as to the use case. Why would someone want to add Uptime UI to the dashboard? Are we talking about the whole UI here or one of the widgets? I'd love to see more discussion around the use cases in the context of this issue.
