[UI copy]: Feedback on copy that tells users when a data view can't be changed #179868

@e40pud for the Rules and Alerts pages, I think this would work: This page's data view can't be adjusted. The copy that shows up on Timeline will need to be a bit different for two reasons:

Description
I had some suggestions for the UI copy that was recently added to let users know when they couldn't modify a page's data view. Here's an example of the copy that's used for the Alerts page:
