[Request]: Uncomplete requirements section in Observability AI Assistant doc

In the "Requirements" section version 8.16 (compared to 8.15) has an additional bullet point (# 3) which seems not complete (Gemini support missing) and overlapping with bullet point # 5.

Thanks for pointing this out. This looks like a backporting problem. The PR that added bullet point (5) is this one: https://github.com/elastic/observability-docs/pull/4143/files. It removed bullet point three. This PR was merged into 8.15. The cherry-pick form 8.15 to main failed to remove the third bullet point https://github.com/elastic/observability-docs/pull/4407/files.

Based on #4143 (review) and #4410 (comment), I believe the right fix is to simply remove bullet point 3 and let the connector docs be the source of truth.
