We'd like to extend the TM Health Monitoring endpoint with the following:

An estimate of how many Kibana instances are needed for the current workload. We'll be VERY CLEAR that it's a rough estimate, but it will help customers follow the scaling guidance.

Picked this up to validate that this is actually doable... I think I'm best placed to do this as a POC as I know the moving parts best.

I don't know if this POC will actually become a deliverable... TBD
