Product Tour: Discover - Step Two

After #80514 is complete, we will move onto Step Two in the Product Tour for Discover, which includes the following features:

• After user gets results back for the first time, shows a bit of the interface on how to sort, filter, and generally refine the information (i.e. compare),
• Shows how to Share, Export, and Visualize the results,
• Provides a mechanism for sentiment feedback with commentary and telemetry such as;
  -- Is the user Positive, Negative, Neutral
  -- What is the feedback?
  -- Can we contact them, and via what email?
  -- How many users complete the tour?
  -- How many users ignore the tour?
  -- How many users drop out of the tour?
  -- Where do they drop out?
  -- Is the cluster successfully using Discover and Kibana after tours have been completed?
